How to Request Tickets

Requests for tickets are to be submitted online by filling out the request form. Please request tickets using your legal name as it appears on your photo identification. A representative from our audience team will call you to book the tickets requested. Please note that submitting a request DOES NOT confirm your ticket(s) to a taping. Tickets are only confirmed after you have received an email confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email to bring on your smartphone for the day of the show.

What should I bring?

All audience members must present a valid government identification card with proof of age. Your ID must have a photo, your name, and birth date. Acceptable forms of identification include: State issued driver’s license, State ID, Military ID, or Passport.

How do I get to the studio?

Driving Directions:
From I-95 Northbound – Take Exit 8, turn left off ramp onto Atlantic St.

From I-95 Southbound – Take Exit 7, go to second light and turn right onto Atlantic St.

From Merritt Parkway Southbound – Take Exit 34, turn onto High Ridge Road/Route 137 South, go approximately 4 miles, High Ridge Road becomes Summer Street (one-way), make left on Broad Street, turn right onto Atlantic St. The studio is located on corner of Atlantic Street and Tresser Boulevard.

From Merritt Parkway Northbound – Take Exit 34, turn right onto Long Ridge Road/Route 104 South, go approximately4 miles, Long Ridge Road becomes Summer Street (one-way), make left on Broad Street, turn right onto Atlantic St. The studio is located on corner of Atlantic Street and Tresser Boulevard.

Train Directions:
From NYC – Take the Metro North (New Haven Line) from Grand Central Terminal or Harlem 125th St to Stamford, CT. The studio is located two blocks from the Metro North station on the corner of Atlantic Street and Tresser Boulevard. There is a large marquee on the outside of the building.

Is there parking near the studio?

Parking is located at the Bell Street Garage at 144 Bell St, Stamford, CT 06901 which is a two minute walk to our studio. Cash and credit cards are accepted for parking fees or PARKMOBILE APP Zone ‘93003’ Parking costs $1.00 per hour or $16.00 for the entire day.

What should I wear to the studio?

Please dress business casual or trendy! Dress to impress, you will be seen on TV! Solid, jewel toned colors (blue, red, green etc. look best on camera.)

Are there things that I shouldn’t wear?

The dress code is strictly enforced. Please do not wear t-shirts, jerseys, sweatshirts, sweatpants, sports attire, tank tops, all white outfits, costumes, sunglasses, hats, or any non-religious headwear or any other clothing that would be inappropriate for a studio audience. DO NOT WEAR ANYTHING WITH A LOGO, DECAL, or BRAND NAME on it. If your clothing is deemed inappropriate, you may be asked to turn it inside out. Coats/jackets must be removed and placed on or underneath your seat before taping begins. We have the right to deny anyone who does not follow these guidelines.

Will I be going through a metal detector?

Yes. For your safety, all audience members will be screened by security and will go through a metal detector. Please notify our staff of any medical conditions.

What is not allowed in the studio?

Large luggage, sharp metal objects, firearms, weapons, wallet chains, mace and open bottles that contain fluid are not allowed at the studio. Phones must be turned off during the actual taping of the show. Cell phone pictures may only be taken BEFORE AND/OR AFTER the show. Any bags or purses must be able to fit underneath your seat.

Individuals with disabilities

We are committed to making Karamo equally accessible to persons with disabilities. If you or anyone in your party requires accommodation because of accessibility to attend the show, please let us know when you receive your email confirmation before your show date. We provide accessible seating (including companion seating) and other accommodations at all tapings to persons with disabilities however, the availability of accessible seating cannot be assured if the number of audience members requiring accessible seating on any given taping day exceeds the allotted number of seats. Reservations for accessible seating will be held until the scheduled arrival time. Any remaining, unreserved accessible seating will be available only on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests with service animals should email [email protected] before the taping date to ensure sufficient space for the service animal.

If I cannot attend, can I give the tickets to a friend or family member?

Yes, tickets are TRANSFERABLE. Please reply to your email confirmation to change the ticket holder’s name.
